TFF 3. Lig’de m\u00fccadele eden D\u00fczcespor\u2019un son yap\u0131lan se\u00e7imli genel kurulunda aday \u00e7\u0131kmamas\u0131 nedeniyle kayy\u0131m atanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in D\u00fczce Sulh Hukuk Mahkemesi’ne ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
D\u00fczcespor Kul\u00fcb\u00fc’nden konuyla ilgili yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada \u015fu ifadelere yer verildi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Kul\u00fcb\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn 30 Nisan 2026 tarihli se\u00e7imli ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc genel kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131nda yeni ba\u015fkan aday\u0131 ile y\u00f6netim ve denetim kurulu adaylar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kmamas\u0131 y\u00f6netim ve denetim kurulu se\u00e7iminin yap\u0131lamam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 kul\u00fcb\u00fcn zorunlu organlar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturulamamas\u0131 ve y\u00f6netimin ba\u015fka yoldan sa\u011flanamamas\u0131 nedeniyle kul\u00fcb\u00fcm\u00fcze kayy\u0131m ge\u00e7ici y\u00f6netim atanmas\u0131, atanacak kayy\u0131ma veya uygun g\u00f6r\u00fclecek kayy\u0131m heyetine kul\u00fcb\u00fcn zorunlu i\u015f ve i\u015flemlerini y\u00fcr\u00fctme kul\u00fcb\u00fc temsil etme se\u00e7imli ola\u011fan \u00fcst\u00fc genel kurulu haz\u0131rlama ve toplama yetkisi verilmesi talebiyle taraf\u0131m\u0131zca 6 May\u0131s 2026 tarihinde D\u00fczce Sulh Hukuk Mahkemesine ba\u015fvuruda bulunmu\u015ftur. Bu ba\u015fvuru ile talep edilen kal\u0131c\u0131 bir y\u00f6netim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi de\u011fil, se\u00e7imli genel kurul sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bi\u00e7imde yap\u0131l\u0131ncaya kadar kul\u00fcb\u00fc zorunlu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde y\u00f6netip, temsil edecek haz\u0131rl\u0131k i\u015flemlerini tamamlayacak ve yeni se\u00e7im gerek ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek ge\u00e7ici bir kayy\u0131m veya kayy\u0131m heyetinin g\u00f6revlendirilmesidir. B\u00f6ylece hem kul\u00fcp t\u00fczel ki\u015fili\u011fi koruma alt\u0131na al\u0131nacak hem de as\u0131l irade yine genel kurul eliyle olu\u015fturulacakt\u0131r. Bu itibarla kayy\u0131m atanmas\u0131 burada istisnai fakat ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz bir kuruma koruma arac\u0131d\u0131r.
